Before sending your sample, you must register your Kit ID at www.gutbalancing.net. Do this first — your analysis cannot begin without it.

Return your kit using the pre-paid shipping label included in your box. Most kits ship via UPS — please use the correct carrier shown on your label.
What's included in your kit
Collection materials and instructions — everything you need to collect your sample at home
Pre-paid return shipping label — attach to your return package before dropping off
Sample registration card — enter your first and last name; your sample number is already assigned
