If you have already completed a microbiome test through Ombre or Biomesight, you can upload your FASTQ raw data to receive our proprietary Gut Balancing Analysis.

This quick guide will walk you through submitting your microbiome data for our custom analysis. It only takes a few minutes!
💡 We accept raw FASTQ data from Ombre Lab or Biomesight tests. Our analysis is completely independent from their reports.

There Are 3 Required Steps
You must complete all three to receive your analysis.
⚠️ Step 3 is the most commonly missed step. Without it, we cannot match your data to you and your analysis will not be delivered.

Go to ombrelab.com and sign into your account

Open Your Dashboard
Navigate to your test results dashboard

Download FASTQ Files
Find and download your raw FASTQ data files

Upload Your Files to Us

Click the button below to go to our upload page

Upload BOTH Files
Ombre provides TWO files — make sure to upload both!

Wait for uploads to finish, then click SUBMIT
Download Your FASTQ File

Log into Biomesight
Go to biomesight.com and sign into your account

Find the Blue "FASTQ" Link
On the left side of the Biomesight portal find Manage My Samples (towards the bottom). Once clicked, on the right side, find the FASTQ File (you may need to scroll right). Click the FASTQ link and the file will download. Remember where you saved it.

Note Your Kit ID
It looks like: BS25-XAA5P — you'll need this later!

Register Your Kit on the Portal
⚠️ This step is the most commonly skipped — and it's the one that triggers your report. Without it, we cannot identify your sample!

Log into Your Account
Sign into your gutbalancing.net account

Find "Register Your Kit"
Look for this option in the left-hand menu

Enter Your Kit ID
Use your Ombre or Biomesight Kit ID (the one from your test)
💡 Make sure the info you enter matches whose sample was collected! Register in the patient's name — not "mom" or "dad."
Complete Your Questionnaire

Find the Symptom Questionnaire
In the left panel, click on the questionnaire option

Fill It Out Completely
This helps us give you the best personalized suggestions

Look for the Green Check ✓
This confirms your questionnaire is complete
